Before founding Bender Bound Inc., we often wondered why merchants didn't have the foresight to make more products before they ran out of stock.  Then we got involved in the book bar business and realized that sometimes, especially with handmade goods, it isn't so easy keeping up with demand.

So we humbly ask for your patience if we are unable to ship a book bar to you for six to eight weeks while we make it.  Think about all those handmade Italian sports cars and how much less cool they'd be if the manufacturers responded to popular demand by rushing to production.
